Trend-Setting Ballet Company Fosters Creative Opportunities

AROVA's unique mission is to provide opportunities for young professionals and pre-professionals to work and network with leading local and national choreographers.

Not only are we a professional, 501(c)3 company, but we're providing the next generation with the tools necessary to be successful in the highly-competitive professional dance world. 

 We inspire artistic risk and vision, and are so proud to be apart of the vibrant Birmingham dance scene! 

New this season, our dancers will be working with reknowned guest choreographer Jorden Morris, guest musicians Act of Congress and will be training to expand our repertoire to include aerial silks.

The Company is named after renowned international ballerina and artistic director Dame Sonia Arova who died in 2001.
